AVStar design, manufacture and overhaul general aviation fuel systems and have been doing so since 1999.  Their range includes:

Fuel injection

• Servos - RSA-5 series through to RSA-10 series (click here for a full list of servo models and engine applicability) 

• Flow dividers
• Fuel nozzles (naturally aspirated and turbocharged varieties)

Carburettors - All models from the common MA-3SPA to MA-4-5 and HA-6 (click here for a full list of models and engine applicability)

AVStar manufacture complete units from milled 6061-T6 billet creating a precise and flawless product, free from casting imperfections and being up to 9% lighter than the cast aluminium original.  This billet milled construction also allows greatly improved float to bowl clearance with virtually nil chance of your float "hanging up" or chafing against the side of the bowl.  Furthermore the billet milled look and its protective coating give an instantly recognisable and strikingly unique appearance.
